Fusion Marketplace:
New Agency Page
Fusion Marketplace was built to empower healthcare travelers to gain transparency and autonomy over their healthcare careers. By creating an easier experience for travelers, we’re able to reduce barriers that make their industry difficult to enter.
One of the strengths of Fusion Marketplace is our partnership with other agencies. Partnering with Fusion Marketplace gives our partners visibility and the ability to hire great talent, that is why every agency has its page to promote its vital information. To catch the best talents, a better experience must be provided. Therefore an update was necessary.
This was my first project at Fusion, so I was very excited to collaborate with the website Dev team to translate some data insight into action. My main goal was to add more visibility to the agencies’ and recruiter’s information so the users have more engagement with agencies' benefits, and history and connect with the recruiters so they can make a better-informed decision.

Business Problem
Unable to showcase our partner's information in an attractive way for our users
Discovery
I believe that to be able to provide the best solution, I need to understand what’s going on. In this regard, I take the next steps:
Spend some time visiting all our agencies’ page
Take a look at our data, on how our users interact with our partners’ pages
Thinking the best for business and users
For this reason, after doing some research on "FullStory" software that allowed me to see the behavior and how the users use our website, the conclusion was that the users need a better way to know more about the benefits that our different agencies can provide and also providing more visibility to the recruiters. Here are a few screens of our findings.
Our Users aren't tented to scroll down and know more about the agency. This behavior was observed for almost 2 months; also, the number of clicks for topics like Agency details or Recruiters was deficient.
This tendency was also in the desktop version of FMP (Fusion Marketplace)
After gathering all this information, I felt confident to begin doing some mockups. Thanks to our design system, I was able to create them in hi-fi.
Collaboration with my team is always essential, so I like to stay in touch with my dev team to share rough drafts and ideas for this solution.
HI-FI Design
Thanks to our design system I came up with a couple of solutions to bring the spark to this page again.
Final Design and outcomes
We moved on with version #2. We were confident that we were providing value in terms of visibility improvement for the users to digest all information, simplicity for our partners to present their information, and visibility for the recruiters to get contacted by the users.
